The building is going to have two lodge rooms and a large dinning hall. It is being designed to service the entire fraternity. There will be a pit for chapter and hooks in the wall for either Chapter or Councils use. Each Lodge Room will seat 250 people. The dining hall will seat between 250 and 300 people.  The dining hall will be suitable for rental for social functions, as well as fund raising events.

 

 

 

The building is 15,000 square feet.

 

 

The dining hall will have a patio which looks out at the pond and engraved brick wall.

 

Here is a copy of the floor plan. This is not a final plan because we are still making additions and improvements. It will however give you an idea of just how well suited it is for our fraternity.
